The problem still exists with JDK 1.4. I'll file a bug on java.sun.com.

It's a DnD bug (please report it on java.sun.com). I can't say why it
would work with V2.0 and not V2.0_01 since there wasn't any change of
code to the DnD code. I'll take a look at this though. Just curious but
is there a problem when you use JDK 1.4?
