Help frame goes to back under certain conditions

This problem occurs with context-sensitive help only:
If I initiate csh the first time (after my app started) and
if I click in the area where the help frame will appear, my app goes to front after the help frame is displayed (and hides it).

Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

What I do, is:

Object target = CSH.trackCSEvents();
String id = CSH.getHelpIDString((Component)target);
if(id == null) return;
hb.setCurrentID(id); // HelpBroker
if(!hb.isDisplayed()) {
hb.setDisplayed(true);
}

Thanks in advance

I don't think so. This is generally a window management issue and there
isn't an attribute in the Java windowing system that allows a window to
stay on top. You might look and see if you can make a change in your
window manager that would prevent this from happening.
