Custom Presentation

I need to create a custom presentation for the main, secondary and
pop-up windows which will display these with a more Windows standard
look and layout. Using the presentation field in the HelpSet does not
provide enough flexibility for what I need.
Here can I find the source code for the Main, Secondary and Pop-up Help
windows to follow as an example?
Is there example code showing how to use JavaHelp for coding custom
presentations? Where?

All of the implementations are in javax/help/plaf/basic but if you want
a Windows Look and Feel why don't you set the UI Manager to use the
Windows Look and Feel rather than the metal look and feel?
