RoboHelp generated popups

I am adding JavaHelp to our application. Our tech writing group uses RoboHelp x5, and yesterday they sent me the JavaHelp files they generated. It appears that the popups are Javascript. Since JH doesn't support Javascript, I wonder why Robohelp would create them when asked to create JH files? You would think that they would know that there is no support for Javascript.

Here's an example of what I'm talking about:

Date of birth - The person's date of birth in = 4) BSPSPopupOnMouseOver(event);" class="BSSCPopup">YYYYMMMDD format

Any suggestions on what I need to do here? Are we using Robohelp incorrectly? Or do I need to go in by hand and change all these references to use the JavaHelp popups?

Chris

I'm not a RoboHelp expert but I suspect they didn't use the JavaHelp
output options. Otherwise, it would have used JavaHelp popups. But that
is just a guess on my part.

Sounds like the RoboHelp output was not correctly generated. If properly
used, RoboHelp X5 will produce

tags to call JHSecondaryViewer for popups.
