changing TOC images in master help set

Hi,

I'm trying to use categoryclosedimage, categoryopenimage, and topicimage
in my master help set, but it keeps getting overridden by the default in
the merged help sets. Is there anyway to overcome this?

After looking into this my quests is that you're doing something wrong.
The newmerge demo that uses the animals, invertebrates and vertebrates
demos works as expected. Either the id isn't defined in the map file,
the file doesn't exist, or the attributes are defined incorrectly.

That doesn't sound right. File a bug report with an example and I'll
work on getting fixed before the next release.
