Problem of reference with TOC

Hello,

I tried to modify a "helptoc.xml" file and now I've something like this :

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='ISO-8859-1'?>

Introduction
Préliminaires

[and so on..]

but none of my title go to the target I specified.. it simply does nothing.
Where could it come from ? What can I do ?

Your TOC tags should look like this:

where "index#id505602" has a map entry in the .jhm file as follows:
