I would like to distort a Text3D in order to apply it some nice dynamic warping effects.
Is there a way to access its points ?
No. In previous releases we had considered putting a getTriangles() method on Text3D or Font3D that would return the tessellation as a GeometryArray, but it was never high enough priority. I'll add that to the list for 1.4 so that we can at least discuss it again.

Low level access to the Text3D geometry is definitely an important feature I miss in the current version.
