TextureLoader / YUP flag doesn't works?

I have a really simple piece of code which loads a texture:

TextureLoader TL=new TextureLoader(MyBufferedImage,TextureLoader.Y_UP);

Depending on the fact if the Flag Y_UP is set or not, isYUp() delivers true or false but there changes absolutely nothing at the texture which is diplayed on a Shape3D.

Did I forgot something important here?

OK, I fixed my problem - the Y_UP-thingy works fine but like in most cases the problem was located between monitor and chair - some code steps later the texture was overwritten ignoring the required Y_UP-state :-o
