Hello. I just found out about java 3D and now i have a couple of questions.

Is it possible to build 3D based applets for my webpage?

If so, would you say that it would be easy to build a user interface that would allow the visitors to manipulate objects with their mouse. I need a interface where the user may build structures out of predefined 3D-objects. The number of objects used is up to the user so it has to be quite dynamic.

I have some experience of java but i dont have time to learn the 3D API if its not suitable for my needs.

I don't know if it will help you, but alessandro
borges' webpage has a example.
