[JAVA2D] Crosshair cursor with jvm 1.4.2

Hello,

I have some Java code that sets the cursor to Cursor.CROSSHAIR_CURSOR on
a JPanel in my application (nothing fancy). This is working fine with
JVMs 1.4.1 and earlier. But with JVMs 1.4.2_xx, I get the rendering of
the TEXT_CURSOR instead ! Other cursors like WAIT_CURSOR behave correctly.

Has anybody encountered this problem? Has it been reported somewhere
(failed to find anything in the bug DB)?

Config : JDK 1.4.2_05 + WinXP.

thanks,
Emmanuel

Hello Emmanuel,

this is more of an AWT issue. I've cc-ed one of our AWT folks.

Thank you,
Dmitri
