Hi Ho Han,

Bicubic texture filtering is not supported in standard OpenGL. I've
heard that some older implementations support this as an extension, but
I'm not aware of any modern implementations that do support bicubic.
The OpenGL-based Java 2D pipeline will fall back on our software
routines in the bicubic case.
