[JAVA2D] OT: Getting started with JAI

Guys,

As I mentioned in a past email, I'm pretty new to JAI and imaging in
general and am sort of hacking my way through currently. If you were in
the same boat, what books or resources would you make sure to read first,
aside from the javadocs? There doesn't seem to be any books completely
dedicated to JAI, but some mention it. Are there any "must read"s, either
books or websites, that you can recommend?

Thanks, as always, for your help.

John

Hi John,

First thing I'd do would be to join the jai-interest email
group; they might have better answers to JAI-specific questions
like this. (There is overlap between these user groups, but there are
many developers that use primarily 2D or primarily JAI...)
