Concerning the specification of JAX WS 2.0 i have a question
is the web service deployment descriptor still necessary for the deployment of a web service in JAX WS 2.0, and the does JAX WS 2.0 specify a way to deploy web service since the introduction specify JAX WS support JSR 109 (P.2) and also chapters 9.2.2, 10.1.2, 11.1.2.

Thank you,

JAXWS 2.0 spec won't define deployment but 109.next would specify deployment requirements for JAXWS services. I think there is way to do deployment without descriptors in some cases on 109-aware containers. JAXWS RI works in non-109-aware containers and it has a proprietary deployment descriptor.
