Hi Folks,

I have created a webservice in Java, which basically means that I have written Java Classes that are exposed as web service. This webservice is deployed in Tomcat container.

Java version used is JDK 1.5.
JWSDP version is 1.5.
Tomcat version is 5.0.25.

I am using this webservice from a COM component.

Everything works fine except during the first access to the webservice after restarting Tomcat. Whenever the tomcat is restarted, the first access to the webservice method leads to following exception. All subsequent access works perfectly fine.

ClientAbortException: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset by peer: socket write error<br />

 at org.apache.tomcat.util.threads.ThreadPool$ControlRunnable.run(ThreadPool.java:644)<br />
 at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:595)

I am getting absolutely no clue how to resolve this problem.

Could it be a bug or I am missing something ?

Regards,
Arun.

This forum is meant to be used for discussing JAXB 2.0 and JAX-RPC 2.0. Questions related to JAX-RPC 1.x should be discussed in http://jax-rpc.dev.java.net/
