floating toolbar under win32 should have "thin" title bar

under win32 the floating windows used for "toolbars" have the title bar smaller than standard windows (to see this just run wordpad and drag out of its main window one of the toolbars). this is one of the things that always tell you if a certain app is a native win32 app or is written in java.
to change this it should be enough to enable a certain bit for the native window definition.
thanks.

+1 for this, definitely.

Look and feel is obviously still holding swing back, although admittedly it has got much better in recent years. I would like to see an option to use this smaller toolbar on JInternalFrames, since in WindowsXP these frames have a huge title bar (when using the windows lookandfeel).

This is definitely a problem and the Swing team appreciates
that it needs to be fixed. I have talked to Scott Violet
about this issue and he agrees that it needs to be fixed.
Have you have filed a bug or happen to know
of a bug number for it ? Thanks,

Regards,
Bino.
