How to get bugzilla admin authority, though I have project admin authority?

Please note these java.net forums are being decommissioned and use the new and improved forums at https://community.oracle.com/community/java.

I was given Administrator access for the project:
https://java.net/projects/jbatch/

But I seem to be lacking admin access for the project's official issue tracking (Bugzilla).

It seems clear from here:
https://kenai.com/projects/help/pages/Projectpermissions#issuetracking
that the one admin role should map onto the other.

Maybe the fact that I'd already started using bugzilla before being "promoted" to project admin cached my bugzilla credentials somehow??

I would appreciate any advice, as I'm trying to create some new Bugzilla components and reclassify our issue
backlog.

Thanks,

Hi, Scott. You should have issue tracking admin access if you have project admin access. Please file a bug in the Kenai issue tracker - https://kenai.com/jira

Thank you,

Tonya,

Thanks for the quick response. Now I'm stuck, though, on the fact that I don't have Kenai JIRA access... and the links to request access from an Administrator seem to lead nowhere.

Can you please advise?
Thanks,
Scott
