I want that when i switch on my mobile my application should start automatically and record store should not be deleted.

Is there any function to perform so???

RMS should persist between phone restarts.

Starting up your application automatically requires operator/manufacturer privilages and push registry or similar API's. This is outside the scope of this forum and probably impractical for you unless you have an operator/manufacturer front deck deal.

that means if i have an unsigned appliction, i can not do this??

That means that even if you pay 1k USD for a signature you still can't do this.

You need an operator agreement which is almost impossible to get even for well established companies.

On Nokia the best you could do is write a Symbian app which loads at boot time then launches your midlet, also described above..
