my Question is:
what bad practices when I Developer by lwuit that make my app heavy in devices that have low heap memory?

really some time feel my app is too heavy..

I thing maybe large icon of button or some styles cause of that

& transitions also

I need other reasons Or discussion my reason by your experienced with lwuit

really I love this lib

This kind of question was answered ages ago in the Blog.
Shai nicely explained about the memory leaks and memory tracking in this article:

It is a must read for all LWUIT/J2ME beginners.

There are tips for this both in the blog and the developer guide.
Generally: measure where possible.
Replace the theme with an empty theme and one by one add features to see what slows you down.
