First of all, you must select an appropriate version of JXSE, in my opinion, v2.6 is good enough because v2.7 has some bugs which can lead to unexpected errors.

Besides programming guide I also recommend a book to you: <>, you can freely get it from http://www.brendonwilson.com/projects/jxta-book/, and also its source code. I must say this book is very old, but the largely part of the contents is still useful, and it's example is very good.

Re: JXTA getting started.

I've been building v2.5 projects on Eclipse and wanted to start using
the v2.6 JXTA; for the life of me I can't locate the v2.6 jxta.jar file.
The JXSE v2.6 Programmers Guide did help; did I miss something?

Please correct me if this isn't the right place to make this post.

Thanks in advance,
Rick

Update... I found it! I was looking at the link all the time; not
enough coffee to start the day.
