I'm attempting to follow the instructions located here
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/tech/getcodesigningcertifi...

by sending an email to the JCA Code Signing Certification Authority at jce-cert-request_ww_grp... with the required information and CSR. (This link is referenced by the Java 6 and 7 docs)

However, the email is immediately bounced back from Oracle's servers with a message of

: host aserp1060.oracle.com[141.146.126.71]
said: 553 5.3.0 ... 550:5.7.1 Internal
Lists are not available from the Internet. (in reply to RCPT TO command)

How can I contact Oracle to obtain a valid JCE code signing cert?

I have found out some additional information so I thought I would reply to my own post with the answer.

The email alias provided in the current docs do not work. However, if you send an email to jce-cert-request_ww... (not jce-cert-request_ww_grp...) that should work.

I have been told that a request was made to update the documentation to reflect this change.
