Hi,
This is my first post here, and I hope to be in the right place.
There was a issue with XMLDataContentHandler [JAX_WS-893] which is fixed now in jaxws-2.2.3. The handle could not handle "text/xml; charset=utf-8".

The JRE update 24 available at end of february probably will not contain this fix, I just checked the prerelease version. The XMLDataContentHandler inside the JRE in rt.jar (com.sun.xml.internal.ws.encoding.XMLDataContentHandler) still has the bug.
Question:
How can I achieve that the XMLDataContentHandler of jaxws-2.2.3 is used? The jre internal class has precedence over jars in classpath and copying jaxws-2.2.3 to the jre\lib\endorsed directory did not help , still the "internal" class is used
What do I have to do that the XMLDataContentHandler from jaxws-2.2.3 is used instead of the jre internal one?
Thanks for helping
Hubert
