I installed the newest Java 8 at Cubieboard - and Java works very good.

If I start a JavaFX-program there is this exception:

eglGetDisplay returned EGL_NO_DISPLAYGraphics Device initialization failed for : es2
Error initializing QuantumRenderer: no suitable pipeline found
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Error initializing QuantumRenderer: no suitable pipeline found

The same program works by Raspberry PI. I use "Raspian" as OS (with LXDE and opengles accelerated). Hardware: Cubieboard 2 (A20).

Hi guenter, I opened an issue in our bug database for tracking:

https://javafx-jira.kenai.com/browse/RT-34816

You are welcome to provide more information there.
Would you mind running with -Dprism.verbose=true and adding the output in a comment to the bug report?

Thanks,
Daniel

JavaFX without framebuffer works by using:
-Djavafx.platform=gtk

Hi Daniel,

Thanks a lot for helping. The send the information in the bug-report.

Perhaps there is a way to start the program without usind "3D" - in this case the standard-grafik (X or 2D) are enough.

Thanks,
Günter
