I have been trying to print documents from within java using java print API to print the selected documents. A class with a set of images represents the document that is being printed. I supply the print job a book of such documents. The "book of documents" contains different instances of documents. I can see that the internal print method from java calls my print method in the document class. Yet I would have thought that the print method being called would reset the page index to 0 for every new document that gets called. Somehow this is not the case. I don't know why. I would like to know if there is a way to call the print method with a bunch of documents, whereby the page index is also taken into account!?
