Hello everyone,

I wondering how the double click on a JXTreeTable does not function like I suggest ( expand the node ).

I create a subclass of AbstractTreeTableModel and set this for a JXTreeTable.

Is this desired?

hmm ... used to work. Could you check any of the examples in JXTreeTableVisualCheck if they do or not?

Edit: ahhh, no - just checked: it never did and that's by-design (grin). In the context of a JTable (which is treeTable's super type), the double click is used to start editing. So that's a clash of worlds which we always solved in favor of JTable behaviour (another example is expanding/collapsing by keyboard)

Thanks, Jeanette

Ok now as you described it, it is getting clearer.
