JDICplus vs. JDIC and using it on ECLIPSE
Hey, so I've got two questions:
1) Is JDICplus the same as JDIC, except a more recent version? I'm looking to use the File Types Component (org.jdesktop.jdic.filetypes). Is this on the JDICplus or do I have to download the JDIC?
2) How can I use this JDICplus/JDIC on Eclipse?
I've downloaded the JDICplus 0.2.2 bin.zip and src.zip, and I tried to add the JAR files to Eclipse's "Java Build Path". After that I refreshed the project. I've also tried going to the Environment Variables under System Properties, and editted my PATH to contain the .dll files. I had a value similar to "C:/Documents and Settings/NICK/My Documents/JDICplus-0.2.2-bin-win32/lib/bin;". Inside the bin directory were the "JdicArc.dll" and "JdicWeb.dll". In Eclipse, none of the JDICplus classes could be used, and I wasn't able to run my class.
I've removed all the JAR files from the "Java Build Path" and I've also resumed my previous Environment Variables. I have kept the two JDICplus files (bin/src.zip)
-Note: not sure of the importance, but I do not have a CLASSPATH variable. I've read that the "jdic.jar" should be entered into the CLASSPATH; however, since I have JDICplus, I have "JDICplus.jar", not "jdic.jar".
It'd be greatly appreciated for any help, and if possible, step-by-step information from downloading the JDIC/JDICplus to being able to run a program in Eclipse that uses "org.jdesktop.jdic.filetypes".
Any other information regarding these questions is accepted too :)
