There are 3 ways to code a jax-rpc client
Static Stub
Dynamic Proxy
Dynamic Invocation Interface ( DII )

Static stub and DII would not require the wsdl at run time while invoking the web service.
However Dynamic Proxy will require the wsdl at run time while invoking the web service..
All the 3 methods above would require the endpoint address though.
Would the above statements hold true?
