I finished preparing a database application in Netbeans and now I want to create the autostart jar.
I used the indications in http://www.homeandlearn.co.uk/java/java_and_databases.html
I'm having problems because if I run it in another computer, it doesnt find the database. What can I do to have my application complete and independently running on another computer?

Hey,

there is two solutions, the first one is to use an embedded database into the application like derby.

The second is to use a database with TCP/IPconfiguration like Oracle or postgresql.
