INFO: WSSERVLET12: JAX-WS context listener initializing
The subject message occurs 3 times in succession in my tomcat ( apache-tomcat-7.0.40) log whenever I restart tomcat on SunOS (SunOS myserver 5.10 Generic_150400-03 sun4v sparc sun4v).
My web.xml file has one set of the following tags for the service in question: listener, servlet, and servlet-mapping.
My sun-jaxws.xml file has one endpoint tag which in turn contains one set of the child tag sequence: handler-chains, handler-chain, handler, and handler-class.
I anticipate only one, single-threaded client at all times for the service in question. Hence, I need only one such listener.
Q. Are these multiple occurrences of the subject message an indication that there are 3 different instances of the WSServletContextListener?
Q. If so, then how can I reduce this number from 3 to 1?
Thanks in advance.
