SSL Implementation Issue
I'm new to glass fish server and does not know much about it. I want to implement SSL on one of the HTTP listener to deploy an apex application.
Sorry I can not reveal the FQDN so using the a,b and c to represent it.
I have a windows server with FQDN( *.a.c) and (*.a.b.c) with the entries in DNS so both the FQDN resolve the server.
the hostname for the server is interactivesvcs.a.c with IP ( 10.2.1.X) and interactivesvcs.a.b.c with ip address (10.2.1.Y)
ping -a 10.2.1.X gives me interactivesvcs.a.c and vice versa.
ping -a 10.2.1.Y gives me interactivesvcs.a.b.c and vice versa.
I have got the *.a.b.c wildcard certificates for my organization and want to implement them in this server.
I have followed the following steps.
1- create the private key and csr file and got the crt file from comodo.
2- i want to use the default alias s1as for the certificates so I deleted the private key entry in keystore.jks and imported my keystore in it with alias as s1as .
I deleted the s1as trustcerts from cacerts.jks and imported the received .crt file from comodo with alias name s1as however it did not work. Please let me know how can I apply the SSL.
