We are using FreeRadius as central authentication server. Is it possible to authenticate glassfish admin using radius server? If admin can't authenticate with radius directly, is pam supported in admin login?

Thanks,

So far the glassfish admin supports file-realm and LDAPRealm. We have not tried any other realm for Admin, but in theory there is nothing that prevents someone to use a different realm for Admin. Try it out and let us know.

Thanks, our application is still running on old glassfish 2.x. I am considerring to use additional SSO component bring authentication to radius. PingIdentity seems be able to meet this requirement.

Possibly you can use the new realm of GF 3.1 for GF 2.1 as well. AFAIK the
'realm' api has not changed much from 2.1 to 3.1.

If you look at an open-source SSO solution you may also have a look OpenAM (
