Handling Foreign Characters

Hello. I'm developing an app that needs to identify and handle foreign characters, but it seems like Java isn't accepting these characters. Below are the characters that I'm trying to write in my source code, and what they look like after reopening my JCreator.

Target characters: Ç È Ê Ë Ì Í Î Ï Ð ' ' " " Õ Ö Ø Ù Ú Û Ý Þ ß á ã ä å æ í.
After reopening: C E E E ? ? I I ? ? ? ? O ? ? ? U ? U ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?.
