Adopt a JSR

Adopt a JSR

Adopt-a-JSR and Adopt-OpenJDK are intended to encourage Java User Group members to get involved in a Java Specification Requests (JSR) and the OpenJDK project. JSRs cover all aspects of the Java ecosystem such as the new Date and Time API coming into Java 8, the latest JavaEE 7 APIs for the cloud and much more! OpenJDK is the reference implementation of Java from version 7 onwards.
