Yet Another Conference Is Over. It has been some great time and, after some doubts during the first morning, I must say that there were very good contents. Randomically talking with other people confirmed this opinion. Some sparse thoughts:
Via DZone, yesterday I read this statement from Android's Open Source & Compatibility Program Manager, Dan Morrill:
Geertjan just told me that his girlfriend is going to perform as part of a jazz band ('Willem Breuker Kollektief') during a festival in Novara:
I've just finished my presentation at Jazoon - fine from my point of view. As I wanted to have time for one more example of code (and a conclusion talking about the possible perspectives of JavaFX Mobile), I intentionally decided to avoid demos (I showed my application as a screencast while talking).
Jazoon has got a peculiar initiative, Jazoon Rookie, that's a competition among young professionals (younger than 26): they are invited to submit their proposals to the conference committee, and three of them are picked and invited to speak to Zurich, with all the travel expenses refunded.
Well, this morning started with an urgent phone call by a customer, that made me lost the first two morning slots of the conference. Too bad; but, fortunately, after one hour the thing has been fixed and there should be no more interrupts for the whole week.
Here's my tentative agenda for Jazoon 2010. For some slots, there are still conflicts among equally interesting talks, so I'll probably decide at the last minute.

A quick recap of the next JUG meetings and Conferences where I'll have a speech:
A few days ago I blogged about a few quirks with blueBill Mobile on Android, during my first user experience.
A few hours ago I've completed the first cycle for blueBill Mobile and got to have v0.9.0 published to the Android market. 0.9.0 means that the application isn't fully tested and indeed in the next days I'll be still experimenting a bit to see how the automatic update of applications in the market works.
