It is amazing what you can learn between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 7:20 a.m. There is a lot of very valuable information that I wish Sun would capture at JavaOne and make it available through the same process as they do the presentations. I noticed alot of open slots for presentations on Friday. Whats up with that? There were a lot of good BOF's that would have benefitted the audience....

Most of the reaction on the street to people I have talked to about the blogs has been encouraging, but at times I have heard some mixed reaction to the blogs. Things like maybe too little too late .... I think this is a bold step by Sun and I for one am going to support it. No doubt everyone would have wished it woule have occurred sooner. Regardless of when, it is here now and it is up...
The excitment about JavaOne has been building for a while. It was great to get back out here and see alot of old friends and make new ones.
