java.net Incubator Projects
There are so many different ways to arrive at the home page for an interesting project here on Java.net. To help you find the project you are looking for you can list the projects alphabetically or by community, or peruse incubating projects or those that have been archived. In addition you can search all projects for a specific project name. We are particularly proud of those projects that began in our incubator and have matured into successful projects.
This group was initiated to promote and make know the Java language in the region of Americana / SP - Brazil. Welcome! Esse é o projeto do JUG Java Americana dentro do portal java.net. Disponibilizaremos aqui, todo o conteúdo e todas as ferramentas para que possamos cada vez mais fazer com que a comunidade Java aumente na nossa região.
O objetivo do projeto é fixar grupos de usuários java em todas as partes do país. Quanto mais, melhor. Esses grupos serão responsáveis pelas reuniões dos membros da região e difusão da linguagem e do portal na mesma. Zelando sempre pela qualidade de ensinamento e organização, os JUGs promovem eventos, palestras, aulas, enfim, uma gama de atrações para que os membros possam interagir e trocar experiências pessoalmente, não através de um portal. Além disso, os JUGs regionais fortalecem a imagem do JavaFree em cada região, fazendo com que, a cada dia, mais e mais usuários façam parte da comunidade e, cada vez mais, contribuam para a evolução da mesma.
JUG-Chennai: A Java Community (Java User Group) located in Chennai the capital city of Tamilnadu, India. The group focuses and promotes Java and related technology in and around Chennai. It’s a group of professionals, businessmen, students who use Java in day to day life as a profession, hobby or as a job like to learn and spread the technology.

This project aims to create a guitar training and tab writing software. It displays the note/chord and plays the sounds as well. The user can also create their own songs by using the graphical neck to select the notes, and they are translated into guitar tablature. You can create songs by creating song parts and add the note names to the parts. You them just add the parts to create a song.
This project is to create a comprehensive haptics API for the Java Language, this project started with the writing of a Java Binding to the SensAble OpenHaptics API by Ian John Archer (Software Engineer - Birmingham City University User-Lab). The first version of the JTouchToolkit was release OpenSource in Sept of 2007 after a year of in house development by User-Lab. The main aim of this project is to create a Haptics API that takes advantage of the benefits of a mature language such as Java.
jVoiceBridge is a software-only audio mixer written in the JavaTM Programming Language that handles Voice over IP (VoIP) audio communication and mixing for tasks such as conference calls, voice chat, speech detection, and audio for 3D virtual environments. jVoiceBridge supports a range of voice qualities from telephone to CD-quality. In addition, it supports stereo audio and the ability for each individual connected to the bridge to have their own private voice mix.
