There are so many different ways to arrive at the home page for an interesting project here on Java.net. To help you find the project you are looking for you can list the projects alphabetically or by community, or peruse incubating projects or those that have been archived. In addition you can search all projects for a specific project name. We are particularly proud of those projects that began in our incubator and have matured into successful projects.
SAIL began as the bottom layer of the TELS eLearning platform. It has since been released to the greater eLearning community under an LPGL license.

Swing Bean Form Builder (SBFB) is a java SWING framework that automatically generates input and presentation GUIs from standards JavaBeans (or POJO) objects (using introspection, java.lang.reflect.* package).
The generated GUIs can be customized using a simple XML file, and all fields created by SBFB are accessible at runtime. So you can handle it as standard swing fields.

This project aims at providing a Scala based DSL for JavaFX 2.0 API's.
Initial prototype is available a lot more work to be done.
SCAN (Smart Content Aggregation and Navigation) is a personal Information Retrieval framework. It combines search, text analysis, tagging and metadata functions to provide new user experience of desktop navigation and document management.
SCAN provides a single metadata repository for documents from different sources. Documents in the repository are indexed for search, monitored for updates, tagged manually or automatically for fast navigation.
Scriba is a prototyping, scripting environment for Java-based scripting languages supporting the JSR 223 standard scripting API. It allows intermixing different languages within a single runtime execution environment and a user interface inspired by the Mathematica notebook concept.
Common uses are experimentation with a new library, prototyping of pretty much any type of functionality, debugging existing code, writing test scripts etc.
It has BeanShell and JScheme integrated with good support for code completion in BeanShell mode.
It integrates an HTML editor that allows a literate programming of scripting development.
SEAGE - Search Agents for Optimization - is an open-source project which provides various meta-heuristic algorithms with their implementations on various optimization problems. Each meta-heuristic can be handled through an unified interface of an object called Adapter. Agents have been designed to solve optimization problems through a collaboration of different meta-heuristics.

Search-tools is an application that searches files matching user specified criteria, executing specific actions on the files matching the criteria.
This project aims at providing from Senegal, West Africa a meeting site where developers of Java and other technologies can exchange ideas, learn from each other and find opportunities.
Seppia is a simple java technology that allows to build java applications from constituent parts: jars, javascripts and other resources.
Serving XML provides a language for building XML pipelines, and an extendible Java framework for defining the elements of the language. The accompanying console app supports reading content as XML files, flat
files, SQL queries or SAX events, ransforming it with XSLT stylesheets and custom SAX filters, and writing it as XML, HTML, PDF or mail attachments. This software is especially suited for converting flate file or database records to XML, with its support for variant record types, multi-valued fields, namespaces, hierarchical grouping of records, and row-by-row validation with XML Schema. There is also an API for imbedding the software in a Java application.
Serving XML is licensed under the LGPL.

We are a large and active Java User Group in Singapore; we hold meeting every 6 to 8 weeks in central Singapore with guest speakers who present on a wide and varied topics associated with Java. We also have a lively mailing list, which we use as a discussion forum.
We welcome all comers and levels; our goal is to provide a forum and a place where Java developers can discuss the language and all its associated APIs and to foster a community of Java developers within Singapore and beyond.
