There are so many different ways to arrive at the home page for an interesting project here on Java.net. IIPImage is a client/server system for viewing and navigating within extremely high resolution remote images. It is based on the Internet Imaging Protocol and is able to work efficiently even over slow dialup connections.
This is technology club formed in IIT Kanpur formed under the umbrella of Sun Academic initiative and Sun Campus ambassador program
Project providing extensions, fixes and improvements of the Image I/O project such as:
- support the GDAL I/O library
- support for readeing/writing JPEG2000 files with Kakadu
- improved support for reading/writing tiff files
The Imixs Workflow is an open source project based on Java technology. You can use Imixs Workfow in any kind of java application. Imixs Workflow provides a full featured Workflow Management System (WFMS) based on the Java EE 6 specification.

'Marty' is a sub project to the open source projekt 'Imixs Workflow'. The project provides several
business process management solutions.
The goal of this project is to simplify the development of workflow management applications by providing a set of Java EE 6 components and a robust and flexible application framework.
The Project also provides a set of applications which can be used out of the box.
All the results of this project are subject to the GPL licensing model.

IzPack is an installers generator for the Java platform. It produces lightweight installers that can be run on any operating system where a Java virtual machine is available. The main benefit of IzPack is that it provides a clean and unique way of distributing a project to users using different operating systems.
