I don't watch, because they occupy too much of my senses at the same time :) [including a foreign language subsystem]

Waste of bandwidth

Maybe I spent too long on dialup before switching to broadband, but what is accomplished in a 100MB "talking head" interview which is not equally or better served in a 10KB transcript?

Spoken english is hard to understand

Never because I don't understand well spoken english whereas I can easily read it.
