at the end of password reset activity, a confirmation says: email with reset instruction was sent to your email. But no email notification was received. I sent email to java.net support manager and webmaster, and received a no-reply email with my username and system generated password, with which I still can not login with an error : invalid combination of username and password.
Can anyone investigate this issue?





As I wrote in my reply email to you, this is an issue we have with Yahoo email addresses. Yahoo queues our email for extended periods of time; it's an issue they've been made aware of, but haven't addressed. You will hopefully receive your email within 24 hours. If not, please us know (at the communitymanager at java dot net email addy), and we can do a manual reset for you.
