Parent of project changed. What is this and why did it happen?

I just received an email telling my that my project on java.net has been changed. It was a top level project and is now a subproject of "staging". I'm new to java.net (well, I've held an account for years but it's the first time actually using it) so I thought I would ask if anyone here could help a newb out.

On my project page, my project is indeed now a subproject of "staging" but following any of it's links bering me to undefined pages. Could someone tell me what that email means? Did I set my project up wrongly? What is this "staging" project? Is there something I should do?
