How do I enable my blog URL on Java.net?

I noticed that some persons have a blog URL on Java.net in the format of http://www.java.net/blog/[username] . What do you do or who do you need to be to have a blog URL?

In your email to editor at java dot net, provide a little description of what you plan to blog about. As long as you plan to blog about topics of interest to the broader Java/JVM community, we'll set up a Java.net blog for you.
