how cancel to cancel subscriptions at the message from forum??

hi all.

i get into my email many message that is pubblished int oforum.

i ask like cancel the manner that all message get it int omy email ,

i would read the messages int oforum and not int email.

 Hello, 

When you are logged in, look to the right side of the page in the forum and follow the link for "my watches" - this should allow you to unsubscribe from the forums.

well, I still receive messages that are from forum /glassfish/, although I didn't watch this forum.

Any help ?

 The glassfish forum is tied to the glassfish mailing list.  You should check with the admins to confirm you are not subscribed to the list.
