can't login to jira tracker

Hi guys,

I've registered on java.net but after that i can't login to jira issue tracker on java.net.

I click to like to issue tracker of one of the project, and go to anonymous access to jira.

After that i click on 'Log in' in Jira, and it redirect me back to java.net with text "you are already logged in"

For chrome, firefox and internet explorer i give same result.

Is any support page for java.net?
