java and .net related doubt searching for solution from long time any one help meee???

I am creating a new web site project using .net.. This website will allow the client to submit their proposed java class(java code) to the website.

what is my question is

1) my one of the reqiurment in my project is to compile the java program .that is submitted by cilent to my web site.

how can i compile java program in server?? is it possible to do in .net website ??? my guide saying there is html script to run javaprogram at server waht is the script??? if any one please help me
