Large TextArea

Hello,

I am running into a very difficult issue with a large TextArea. I have a form with a number of components including a few labels, some buttons, and a couple of text areas (all not editable). When one of these areas is very large (has many lines of text in it so it is about the size of the screen) it becomes impossible someties to drag the screen to see controls below it.

The problem is difficult to reproduce someties small changes in the arrangement of components make it go away and then it reappears when someting is removed or if text is added to or removed from the TextArea. That's why I am having trouble creating a small program that I can post here. Sometimes it gets into a state where it won't scroll past the large TextArea until you open and then close a menu.

Have you ever experienced anything like this? Is there a workaround?
