What's going on with EA these days?

Is the EA program winding down?

Recently there have been several EA releases that have omitted release notes, jdk7-u2-b11 being the latest example. To me, this renders the EA release process useless as I have no idea on what to look out for.

Also there seems to be very little Oracle presence in the EA feedback forum. I'm happy to raise bug reports but I'm used to discussing them first on the forum. There are quite a few postings which go unanswered.
