Java Updater with Windows UAC

The Java Updater on Windows notifies new version's availability when it finds one with a specified schedule, but on a normal user account it always fails to update (download the new version) on all of my machines even if an administrator password is given via UAC. If it cannot update the JRE properly, it should not say as if it can. I must always updates the JRE after loging on to an administrator account. I hope it should be reworked.
