why not fix the bug 6823077 (jmx classloader leak) in this version?

Now we encounter the same problem like this bug, the classloader increased one by one flowing the MBean's invoke.
and the minor gc time will increased from 0.1s to 0.9s. This is influence our App seriously.

I hope this bug would fixed on JDK 6u23 release version.
