calling a web operation

i have a problem calling weboperations in my programme

i'm using netbeans 7.0.1 and glassfish 3.1. i have creating the web operations but i cannot call them to invoke them in my programme

"copy-paste" or "right click-insert code-add ws" do not work. when i click InsertCode and Add WS i can see the available WS but when i choose one of them , it does nothing. no change in my code
