Align sort order of items in bucket to actual order displayed on community homepages

On the page that allows operations on the home page items there are several ways to sort the items (by font page status, by date, etc). However, you can't display the list in the same way the actual home page appears. That makes it very tedious to edit items on the home page.

The bucket list sort order

The bucket list sort order has been updated to sort by item weight and then by the post date, just as the page is displayed.
